Have completed two components of the cake today and should be doing the rest tomorrow. What l appreciate about you is 1) you give all measurements in all systems 2) you explain methods in detail 3) you gave the links to all the equipments and l ended up buying it which made it so much easier for me 4) you have even given details of what camera and stand you used! @@kater7059 Kate l made the chiffon sponge cake and the raspberry coulis on day one , then the raspberry cream cheese and the jelly on day two along with the assembly . That way it waa easier and not too tiring

I have a question about the cream cheese filling and raspberry jelly. Did the rest of the cheesecake filling not get solid while waiting for the first half to chill? The same for the raspberry jelly. Since only have is used does the rest not already get gelatinous? Thanks, Angelika

This recipe looks wonderful and is fairly easy to do; however it does take time...but, worth it. I did have a problem with the gelatine. I used Knox powdered gelatin and, whether I followed your intructions by putting it in the microwave for a few seconds after water was added, or skipped the microwave instruction, my raspberry cheesecake mixture and my raspberry jello mixture both ended up with gelatin lumps. Any suggestions? Next day..Ah, I see what you do in the eggless, no-bake raspberry cheesecake. Perhaps I will try the hot water version of melting the gelatin. Thanks!
