1/2 inch Ginger (Chopped)
4 TBSP Brown Sugar
1/4 TSP Salt
1 1/2 Cup of water
1 TBSP Oil
Rasson:
To Blend
1 Branch of Curry Leaf
5 Garlic Cloves
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 TBSP Cumin Seeds
1/4 TSP Black Pepper
2 Tomatoes
2 Coriander roots
Other Ingredients:
200 g Yellow split peas + 700 ML Water
1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder
1 TSP Mustard Seeds
2 TBSP Tamarind Paste
2 TBSP Oil
Cariander (Chopped)
Salt to taste
