It’s a question we’re always excited to answer because the process is truly a labor of love and creativity. You’re right that the performances aren’t recorded live at the same time. Instead, we start with a base track-usually recorded by one artist in one location-and then travel the world to invite other musicians to add their unique voices and instruments to the same song. Each musician listens to the previous tracks through headphones as they perform, ensuring that everything stays beautifully in sync. The result is a seamless blend of music, where every artist contributes their heart and soul to the track. Our team then carefully mixes all the audio and video elements to create the final version you see and hear-one that unites musicians and listeners from every corner of the globe. I noticed a red green and gold label on a dvd in the goodwill. Being a reggae dj I pulled it and it was "playing for a change." I watched it when I got home and got instant goosebumps and started tearing up. This more than ever is EXACTLY what the world needs. Bob is sitting next to the father with a smile.

One of my very best friends has died Christmas morning after a period of pain and suffering. But the pain of losing her was worth the joy and inspiration of knowing her. She came into a period of my life of major upheaval in transition. Hand in hand she walked me through my trials and tribulations as I did for her later. This song could definitely have been the soundtrack of our mutual journey. In my sadness I am joyful because like her I still serve the king.

White boy, 18. Met a bunch of Rastas on Miami Bach. I was singing Bob Marley along with the CD that was booming from their place in the sand. "Come here white boy who sings with a Rasta," said a dude in long dreadlocks. "We're gonna get you real high." he bellowed out loud. And they did. Fast forward 4 years and I was running a sailboat to Jamaica once or twice /month with 1/4 ton to 1/2 ton 40 lb croker sacks. Rastas were my partners. They blessed every load with a smokeout at midnight before setting sail. And we never got busted. No one arrested. No weed intercepted. And it was because of the Rastafaris. Believe it or not...but it happened "one fine day..."
