I had the builders in and I thought I had moved my medical equipment out the room... They got dust in everything. I needed to buy new everything for it. Would of been great if they just covered it. But ultimately my fault for not moving it

I learn so much from these videos, its my Saturday school. Today I was brave enough to go into my tiny crawl space and I found a burrow with tons of rat poop around it! I plugged it as best as i could and also rebuilt the door to the crawl space. Slowly but surely I'm going to plug all the entry points in my old house. Thanks for all the good info!

The 10 year rule against the builder for defects in CA is from the Calderon Case in the 1990's. I had one of these years ago on a townhouse, it showed up on the HOA docs as a lawsuit. Great work, guys!

I seriously need to consider your vent caps. I once had a cuban tree frog mysteriously appear in my bathroom and made a noise that nearly gave me a heart attack. The only way he could have gotten in I figure is it went down a vent stack, and came out through the toilet. I keep the seat up so that's the only way it could've gotten in. Crazy!

Because it is the only unit affected and it is clearly a faulty pipe connection I would hope the owner has a strong case for reclaiming the cost. Well done for finding it though as that was super tight work. The amount of rat stuff showed how pervasive they were, must have been awful living in it.

I live in México on a ranch. We have field mice. Since my home was made with brick / block , there are only two entrances to my home. The front door and back door. Yes! The upper dome part pops off and snaps back in. I’m a plumber, so I wanted to make sure a plumber has access without damaging or compromising the seal.
