Shouldn't be legal to call a place a bar if it closes at 6
@ElectronicsForFun7 жыл бұрын
lol true, but this bar doesn't have any kind of hard wiring or plumbing. the whole place is powered by solar panels and once it starts getting dark they can only keep the lights on for so long before the batteries start to go. l mean if it was just lights then they could keep the place jumping all night but they have music, electronic cooking, and they use that stuff all day long as well so they can't have too many batteries because they will never charge since all the panels are powering the bar during the day. the amount of batteries they have to run the place after dark is minimal, so they kick everybody out and use what's left of their power to clean the place up and keep the food fresh all night.
@tank24496 жыл бұрын
they have never heard of a generator?
@ElectronicsForFun6 жыл бұрын
tank2449+ to power a place that big, that would be a big generator and it would drink gas faster than a 460 bigblock. solar panels make more sense because the sun's energy will last way longer than we will. also it doesn't matter anyways because this isn't the kind of place where you would want to stay all night long, it's kind a day hangout like place where off roaders can stop have a beer and party a little bit and then go home. driving to and from this place at night is a very bad idea, because it's easier to get stuck in some fine sand or mud or whatever when it's dark outside and then ad being drunk on top of that.

RanchOwnzU Yeah and I find Roadkill to actually be informative, I've figured out the basics of an american v8 engine just by watching roadkill. And Frieburger is doing that engine show in which he really shows off his knowledge of mechanics. Don't get me wrong I am only 19 and would like to mod a jalopey and drift it, and mod my daily to a degree etc etc but I just don't find haggards videos to be useful, the information is not laid out in a concise and cohesive manner.

That rod has a lot of potential, it needs a full-on frame up rebuild to fix all the issues but overall its a pretty cool looking ratter. I would replace those rear whitewalls with taller wider tires so the car levels out better, and use skinnies on the front for better clearances and probably replace the steering wheel with a smaller diameter job. I would also immediately replace the windshield, I hate the taste of bugs.

I believe they made 5 replicas, they all used measly little 300 hp GM crates under the hood. They look good, but are nothing like Freiburgers. That was rad, love the spontanaity.....We jump started a dead Maverick with no heater and drove it from Orange County, CA to Canada one weekend, called in sick on Monday. Lost a tire in Seattle (no spare) and lifter started to tick in LA coming home. Battery survived.
