Sadly forgot to mention that there's these little things called cheat codes that open as you collect the Gold Bolts. It gives the player such amazing features as being able to change the game's filter, ship colors, currency design and infinite health and ammo. Oh and the best part, YOU DON'T NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL CASH TO UNLOCK THEM! Yep it's all in game unlocks, a real video game with chest codes that you can unlock for FREE! I know I shouldn't be so hyped about that but jeez imagine if someone like Activision or Bethesda published this game they'd charge you out your nose for ONE skin! Oh and you unlock new armor for free in game and you can customize the color whenever you want, like a proper video game!

I'm a huge fan of Insomniac's accessibility options in their games. If you find repetitive minigames difficult due to ADHD or if you just don't enjoy them, you can skip them without penalty. If you aren't physically able to do rapid button-mashing sequences and QTEs, or if you just find them pointless and obnoxious, you can disable them without doing something stupid like disable trophies/achievements. They ignore the braying of "ReAl HaRdCoRe GaMeRs" and do their best to make their games customizable for multiple levels of ability, and various ways of having fun. And the best part is, they don't abuse their staff to do it.

10:00 I just realised that I’ve seen that already in Dishonored 2. Although, there was only one huge level that used 2 versions of the same level (“dead” and normal) and the best part is that the transition was immediate. That was 5 years ago. I mean, I got mine from a scalper but only paid 600$ shipped with 5 year warranty. I’m in Japan though and scalping isn’t as bad as it used to be at launch. Got mine in february and don’t regret it one bit.

Steph touched on something important, it's okay if a game's combat has only one string to its bow, but that one string is REALLY REALLY GOOD and the designers know how to keep things interesting. If all you do is run and shoot gun, then those guns better pack a wallop and/or be wildly interesting. I'd rather have a game with a singular vision than one that's embarrassed to stick to one thing, like a shooter packed to bursting with vehicle sections.

This is excellent news. I’ve been on the fence about picking this game up. I’ve never played a Rachet and Clank game before and I’m trying to stingy with money, but I might get this game now.

I honestly loved the previous game, that was my first and only one of the series so far. Ran through that game probably three times since i got it. I rarely play games like that anymore. But would get the sequel eventually if i get the chance.

it's nice to see a PS5 game and think it more or less looks (graphically wise) like games we've been getting on PC for a while now. This early on too so theres probably room to grow means good things to come for everyone.

I started playing it yesterday, funny coincidence. Super relevant for me.

Nothing makes Jim less enthusiastic than playing a video game that he can't make a snarky Jimquisition about.

The most next-gen thing I've witnessed is hitting Resume on the main menu and the game loads in a second and I'm playing instantly.

Looks like a fun time. As someone who doesn't have a PS5 yet, this video is very much relevant to me.

Okay just watching this review I'm going "OMG it's those guys from that game! And those other guys from that other game!" so if I'm getting that much nostalgia from just this little video then I'm clearly going to have to get the full game

JSS, have you ever considered taking up roller skating? It's a very cool crowd and I think you'd enjoy it.

As JSS states in their video: PS5's still sold old at most major stores here in the UK. Still, good to see what I COULD be playing... It's got bright colours, shapes, noises and you can skip the thinking. Perfect! :)

It's a cartoony style game yet the best looking I've seen. This generation might actually be pretty amazing
