Rathcoole Protestant Boys Flute Band marching through the Rathcoole estate at the end of the night at their own annual parade held in the estate in Newtownabbey on Saturday 26/06/21. The young lead tip is just 7 years of age. A star of the future no doubt.

Kid is something else. How does someone so young manage to learn that drumming. Im almost 50 and used to be in 2 really well respected bands and I was a drummer. It was hard enough then, pipe drumming and paradiddles were becoming a thing but, the drumming these days is the equivalent of Premier League versus Conference League. I know I would struggle to learn that drumming in a year. In fact I doubt I could in 2 years. That boy is good.
