In my state in Australia (Tasmania) we usually have a similar bakery section with Macarons, not sure if they have them in other states. But right now, they have this thing called a Creme Brulee(?) Not from my country (Germany), but in Italy they had fries overbaked with cheese and bacon bits and it was literally SOO good! They also had Pancakes with Maple Syrup that weren't limited to the breakfast time, which my friend really enjoyed. Something that you can only get in the middle eastern McDonald’s is the Mc Arabia. It has a grilled chicken,American cheese ,lettuce ,tomato and the bread is. Arabic pita bread. If you go to the middle east I recommend getting it.

In my country I'm currently living in, we have a variety of items. It sounds interesting though like: 1. Aloo Tikka burger 2. (Butter chicken?) burger 3. McRaja 4. A lot of vegetarian menu items 5. Wraps? I don't know if wraps are available in other countries but there are wraps Also no sauces. I'm pretty sure there's more menu items but that's all I can really think of out of the top of my head.

I live in romania, and even tho most of the comments just make jokes off of the specialty in their country I actually want to talk about mine since it's really good. It's a collab made with a michellin star chef in our country known as Chef Foa. One of them is called Epic Beef and the other is called Legendary Chicken, both really good, and it's made with an original sauce made by Chef Foa and to be honest it's pretty mid, I still love the Legendary Chicken tho.

In italy we have in the snack menu a stick of formaggio Parmigiano which is rich of flavours and another food called Panzerotto/Calzone which is like a "pocket" which contains parmigiano cheese and tomato sauce, these are the only ones I know
