I will still hold out hope for a better way for ratio to get his required debuffs in the future. We had nearly the same rotation here, just that I ran eagle on ratio with atk boots because I had too much crit rate on my pioneer pieces and like you said, ratio had a 3 turn ult in this fight with a lil rng. If it’s yunli Sunday, I’ve slammed svarog with that too, it’s actually so cool how many ults yunli can get off with both Sunday and Tingyun on the team. There’s probably many 4th slots that’ll get the clear so I’m excited to see what you do. This matchup is incredibly tough for yunli too, optimizing it was interesting. I’m really glad to see you’re back to making vids my friend, and am also pleasantly surprised at how much I’ve “caught” up to you in terms of clears. Everything I’ve learned from your vids has made the game so much more fun for me, and will likely continue to do so.

Well guess you'll probably be surprised about the Yunli run then. Anyway glad you've grown from watching my vids. It's kind of what I was hoping for in the beginning and I'm glad it has played out for at least a few people. Haha I'm sure many people will 'surpass' me in clears, probably you too. My insistence on basically playing 'in my own world' will always leave me falling behind those who actively seek out information to get better. Unfortunately, also pretty limited in energy to farm relics as most of my time is spent farming traces lol

Ugh.. Baptism of Pure Thought... If I didn't know Ratio would NOT rerun throughout Penacony, I would've gotten it on his first banner. Now I'm just an angry mess. Anyway, do you think that Topaz's lightcone makes up for my.. lack of.. that.. *starts crying* Kidding aside, that's a genuine question. I do have E1 Robin and Sunday to compensate, surely that should be enough, right...?

It should be way way more than enough lol. Like not even close. Topaz LC is already decent on Ratio and both Sunday and Robin's E1 will more than make up for the dmg diff between Topaz and Ratio's LC

Little bit of food for thought: What do you think Ratio would want most in a fourth man, going forwards? Obviously the answer is 'debuffs, and a lot of them', but I'm curious if there's anything in particular that would give him a substantial push beyond that and great attack frequency. He's in a weird spot where Pela does everything he wants (synergistic third buffer who works with his ult, fast, provides three debuffs if you can afford to skill) but not in a way that feels perfectly comfy.

I'd say what he wants 2 maybe 3 things. 1. Somebody who has perma debuffs (like JQ) because Pela's debuff falling off at awkward times during phase changes can cause a lot of DPS loss. 2. Someone who attacks frequently, like an FUA after ult and just able to proc Ratio's ult comfortably. 3(?) Improved personal dmg in the form of up to 5 debuffs while being slightly more potent I guess. Though personally I think something like this is very unlikely

@@mike_ewul Moze has the targeting problem similar to Topaz. Not sure how he behaves on phase change because I've never used him, but it's quite cumbersome on wave 1 having to target down 1 elite before moving to the next

I've tried this (almost one to one same rotation) but I always short of 14% hp for svarog I guess relics and LC is the only problem, a shame, but it's nice to see it's actually not *that* hard to do lol

This takes me back, it's been a long time since I last used Ratio.. I think it was the 2nd AS. I've never 0 cycled with him as my builds were terrible then, no eagle supports (almost never farmed it pre 2.3) and no sig LC. I'll give this a shot, though I'll have to "cheat" by using E1 Robin to compensate for the lack of sigs 😅 Time to give a well deserved 0 cycle for how good he is as a free character. Well, at least I hope I have enough speed on him. Curious to see what you'll cook up with Yunli.

Phys orb increase Robin ult damage but give less atk buff from her ult but the main benefit of Phys orb is that you can get atk% substat while atk orb you can't get phys or atk% substats so Phys orb is usually better

First, Pela can 2turn Ult cycle, jiaoqiu can't. And jiaoqiu support Ult damage, ratio is FUA dealer. Not main Ult damage. So ratio, pela is better than jiaoqiu

@Raybbit i don't think this is true because how Vulnerability of Jiaoqiu works with the massive ATQ + DMG buff of Robin and also maxing Robin's personal Ultimate damage much more than Pela's. I'm already see vids of Jiaoqiu E1 X Robin X Aventurine dealing this same damage as this 0 cycle team with Pela so i was curious about.

Pela's dmg amp here for Ratio's FUA is around 55%, which is really close to E0S1 JQ's 59% for non-ult dmg. The problem is simply that in general, JQ attacks less frequently than Pela. JQ may be able to mimic it against this stage because the enemies give a lot of energy, but it's not true in general. Also vulnerability is not any different from def down in the way it interacts with any other dmg. They're both just a separate multiplier. In fact DEF down interacts better with Ratio's LC than vulnerability making the gap much closer than you'd otherwise expect. Also I'm fairly sure Robin's personal dmg is not classified as ultimate dmg.
