OMG..my daughter (13 at the time) won tickets to this concert so she and dad went...100,000 people jammed into the Polo Field at Golden Gate Park. The energy was incredible with RATM, Sonic Youth, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bjork, Foo Fighters, etc...The crowd surged a few seconds into this song and it took everything I had to get she and I out of the mass of squeeze..never have seen a show of this magnitude and intensity..not one mosh pit, but many mosh pits. Sweet memory indeed!

Saw Rage on their last tour right before they broke up originally. AMAZING live band! Remember when this came out in 96 I was in high school. Everyone had the first 2 RATM albums.

Man , I was at this show and at the red stage during rage.....I got STOMPED. It was the most intense mosh pit ever. Great show though. Went with my girlfriends my senior year. Lots of memories. Fantastic lineup for so cheap!

Awesome! The bill for that show was killer! Off the top of my head you had RATM, Beastie Boys, The Cult, Pearl Jam and didn't Cypress Hill play there too? I was lucky enough to catch RATM on their final tour before they broke up in 2000 with Gang Starr and At The Drive In opening.

I was there, possibly greatest single song live performance ever! Crazy thing after Rage played was the thousands who left right after during the Chili Peppers set, no one could follow that peformance, impossible.

RATM's music prooves beyond a shadow of a doubt that you don't have to tune your guitar down 7 steps, sing like cookie monster, play at 300bpm, and have a drummer doing blast beats all day to be heavy as hell. Not to mention you can actually understand them compared to most death metal and black metal. It's the truth.
