Those Ukrainian people, who have gone to abroad to get more military training, have naturally been more positive and more motivated to fight than an average Ukrainian soldier. The deserting has not been a big problem among those troops. In other parts of the Ukrainian army that has occurred, but the deserting is a much bigger problem inside the Russian army. After all it is much easier just to disappear in Russia that to do that in Ukraine, because Russia is so vast areally. Glory to Ukraine ! Glory to the heroes !

And according to the Ukrainian constitution the presidential and parliamenty elections should not be held under the war-time.
