Blessing everyone! Hubby and I used to cook fish in banana leaves or in "beach grape leaves" in wood. Is a theraphy for us and the food flavour is super! Also we have 'pasteles' made of coco, bannanas and other roots stuff with meat or vegetarian type with chickpeas bell pepper and scotch bonnet peppers and other good stuff. One love from 🇵🇷 North Coast. Caribbean one family.
