Great video ! Generally speaking, Black is considered to have the better long-term prospects in this structure if White doesn't manage to come up with something concrete early on. It's also useful to know that this structure can be obtained in several variations of the Sicilian, e.g. 1 e4 c5 2 Nf3 e6 3 d4 cxd4 4 Nxd4 a6 5 c4 Nf6 6 Nc3 Qc7 7 Bd3 Nc6 8 Nxc6 dxc6 9 0-0 e5 and in this particular line (which has nevertheless been seen in a fair number of grandmaster games), Black is already slightly better.
