Rava Dosa | റവ ദോശ
This is a south indian dish which is made by mixing Rice flour, Semolina with onion, ginger, coriander ...etc to make very flavorful and super crispy dosa
Serve it with chutney or sambar!

Ingredients
Semolina 1/2 c
Roasted fine rice flour 1/2 C
All purpose flour 1/4 c(maida)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Green chilli 1
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Water 3-31/2 C

It was very tasty. But ദോശ വിട്ടുകിട്ടാൻ പ്രയാസം ആയിരുന്നു. ഗോതമ്പ് പൊടി ആണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്. പിന്നെ ഇലക്ട്രിക്ക് stovetop ആണ് . ഇനി അതുകൊണ്ടു heat ശെരിക്കും കണ്ട്രോൾ ആവാത്തതാണോ എന്ന് അറിയില്ല. എന്തെങ്കിലും tips ഉണ്ടോ ?

It will take 5-6 minutes to cook one dosa. If you try to remove before it is crispy , it will be difficult to remove
