Patoli is one of the authentic konkani sweet dish made with coconut and jaggery. Normally prepared during Naga Pamchami with Fresh Turmeric Leaves (Haladi Pan). This version of Patoli
is made with Rava/Sooji (Medium Rava) and NOT with Rice Flour. This version is a "No Rice/ Fasting/ Upvas/ Vrat" Patoli which tastes same as the Rice Flour version of the Patoli.
