I had this double album during my years at college and i wore out the grooves listening to it. I then lost it in a house move and it has always been nagging there at the back of my head as something I had to find. Mesmerising Ahir Lalit I have heard the LP in the early 80s..I think Kanai Dutta played the Tabla..one of the brilliant table players and accompanist unfortunately he did not get the proper recognition what a clarity and perfection ..A must listen My request is to upload more music of the same combination and of Kanai Dutta

I had bought the cassette in the mid-80s in Shillong, and yes you're right, as far as I remember, it was Kanai Dutta on the Tabla.
