Pastor Vlad very well said. Ravi Zacharias was the anointed of God. No matter what he did we do not know he must have asked forgiveness to God,and I believe God might have forgiven him. We cannot speak against the anointed ones of God as David got a chance to kill Saul and to speak against him but he did not as Saul was anointed one of God. You really have explained it so well. Integrity and Intimacy with God is most important than everything. Thank you for sharing this🙏

The default "don't judge" answer is weak (there are different types of judging). There is a difference between falling short in sin and "practising" sin. Scripture is clear about those that practice in their sin: Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. Shocked and heartbroken, this would describe how I felt when I first heard of this. I did not want to read the details about it all. I know we are all sinners and we should not expect perfection from anyone, but I was still so disappointed. I have to keep reminding myself that we are on the devils territory, and he is always trying to destroy us. He knows are weaknesses and looks for those weaknesses in our Armour. Sexually sin is powerful, but can be defeated. I am very sorry for anyone that was hurt, I don't know what you went through, but I do know that forgiveness restores and heals. We need to try hard to keep our minds on the things above, and start getting ready to meet Jesus, he's real and he's perfect. Ravi Zacharias was a person like the rest of us that need our saviors forgiveness.

Pastor Ravi's story reminds me of the story of King Solomon. God could have fully exposed Ravi before He died but just like Solomon, God waited for Solomon to die because of a promise to His Father, David. Pastor Ravi was a servant of God and Ravi was highly favoured and loved(not saying others are not) but God allowed the "exposure of his sins" to lay under carpet till Ravi took his last breath. Says a lot of about God's character and His faithfulness even in our unfaithfulness and disobedience♥ "For my own sake, for my own sake, I do it, for how should my name be profaned? I totally agree with your message. I liked Ravi’s teaching and I am not going to stop listening his preaching. My faith is not in Ravi, I believe in one lord that is my JESUS CHRIST. I feel sad that such a good preacher gave room for the Satan to kill and destroy him. Because he was popular it became a big deal. Majority of the world is in this kind of mess. This is why the divorce rate is going higher. When we don’t have God in our heart we give Satan to devour us. I have been praying for his wife, kids and their families. Let us with unity pray for the victims, families and also people who followed his teachings. God is closer to the broken hearted. Heavenly Father have Mercy on us sinners. Wow, thank you so much for this Pastor Vlad. I certainly looked up to Ravi so much and when I heard the news it didn't affect me as much but as time went on, I didn't realise how much of it I had spent time, consuming and meditating upon, especially the many commentators we have now on KZbin including Christians who I think can also be used by the enemy to put salt in the wound and sometimes fail to highlight the lessons learnt and the Heart of God. I was starting to feel that even I am a bad person and capable of the worst which we all are, but failing to realise that there is hope in intimacy with God, that we must choose integrity over influence, that we must stay in our secret place as God continuously works on our hearts. Indeed this has been a wakeup call, to watch and pray, to be honest, and humble ourselves before God and to be a people after God's own heart. You don't know how much this message was timely for me and brought so much clarity, thank you, God bless you!

I love listening to all sermons by Ravi Zacharias so when I read about the sins that was reported he committed after his death I was very upset in the beginning but after some prayer deliberations I found relief and comfort that after all that was the key reason Jesus came to die for us all. John 8:1-11 says it all in Jesus' words viz he who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her. Let God be God after all.
