Raw: Flooding In The Pocket

There have been widespread reports of flooding in the Sacramento region as an atmospheric river moves across our region. This video comes to us from an apartment complex in the Pocket neighborhood of Sacramento.

FYI... this is in my apartment complex, and it looked like this Saturday at 11am when I went to the gym... BEFORE the Sunday storm. This is just really bad drainage.

My street flooded for like 3 hours. I went out there with my rain boots on and umbrella to clear the drain, but it was already cleared. The two drains in my street was not able to drain the water as fas as it could. The flood cleared away in 20 mintues after the rain had stopped for awhile.
