I know I'm not Autumn replying to this... but I can answer it. Eating the whole fruit/veggie is always better than juicing it, because when you juice them you loose a lot of the fiber in your fruits/veggies. You'd do better to blend them whole and create a smoothie out of them. I do enjoy cold pressed juices, but I only get them occasionally and I don't consider them a main source for my fruit/vegetable intake.

My fav would def be loads of fruits like blueberries, grapes, apples and bananas. Unsalted almonds and cashews too. Not forgetting cherry tomatoes! Yum!

Thank you for focusing on the value of raw foods. I'm doing a round of 21DFX and doing it VEGAN style. Its VERY DIFFICULT trying to figure out the right balance of protein and the color containers. Any recommendations of how to measure the vegan eating portions and the right number of color containers?

My favorite raw foods are: cucumbers, apples, grapefruit, banana, almonds, peppers, carrots, lettuce, berries, and kale. Just about everything you have there.

How can you keep certain fruits fresh? Since A whole apple or cucumber can't fit in the container, I wouldn't want the rest to go bad. (I ordered 21-Day Fix yesterday). Also, Can frozen Brussels sprouts, broccoli, other veggies and unsweetened fruits go in place of fresh?

Most of the veggies mentioned in this video make me bloated and have digestive issues because I am (Doctor diagnosed) intolerant to many veggies, dairy, eggs, etc. Any suggestions? Lots of foods make me feel crappy even if I'm sticking to a really clean diet.

almonds and cashews are illegal to sell raw. raw cashews are actually poisonous 🙈 they are so good though! All almonds sold in the US are either steamed with high heat or gassed with poison.
