A little bit about me:
My main focus is on powerlifting, however I do enjoy a clean physique so bodybuilding tactics are utilized. I am also a martial artist so flexibility and functionality are important to me. I have been lifting since I was late 13 years of age, and have progressed through trial and error. My duty to my followers and the fitness community is to help you guys progress even faster than I did by sharing my experiences. Including not only my accomplishments, but also my failures.
My current lifts are:
Bench: 415lbs
Deadlift: 600lbs
Squat: 525lbs
@ 182lbs body weight
