Josh,, can you or someone help with with an issue. I am on low carb/no sugar and have dried out a lot and am doing great on it. I have a major issue with super dry sinuses and mouth from the diet/food and no matter how much water I drink I cannot get my sinus to open and mouth to stop being cotton mouth lol. I take suppliments like magnesium, potassium, sodium, and all but nothing works. Am I missing something or is this just how it works and you live with it. I love the diet and muscle it builds I just hate the clogged nose and dry mouth 24/7, it impacts my cardio and sleep. I believe your diet is also low carb right? Thanks to anyone for help resolving this its just annoying and I am sure its driven my some electrolyte imbalance.
