Plz accept my apologizes for such a long comment 😔 I've had a heck of a 2 months. My 81 yr old father is staying here with me... He was illegally arrested in June 5 he calls an ask for a civil stand by to get some of his personal belongings... him and his girlfriend had a falling out.. anyways the sheriff and the deputy calls back an says they will meet him there .. well heck as soon as he stepped out of his truck they told him he was under arrest.. I got my father an Atty.... And after 6 days being held in a 10,000 cash Bail No Bail... He never was told what he did... Let alone he's sat over 6 days before seeing a judge .. what has happened is he had a warrant and was never told nore did they even attempt to serve it or mention it over the phone when my father called for a civil stand by. Other stuff also. No Miranda rights.. I truly believe this dang judge he is biased. I so need to speak with you and get some good advice... Im in a rural area small town an courthouse... I wish you was up I'd text or speak with you now...im going to Court this am 8:30 ... With my Father...this is the craziest Bond let alone a flight risk!? Yes 81 an has Never Ever had a speeding ticket..no record what so ever..my father is depressed and I have been beside myself 😢 he's so sad ..I'm trying too let him know he always has me... It's breaking my heart 💔 would be nice to hear from you and your opinion.. Thanks so much

Raw Law sounds provacative to the right person lol *"Let me explain"* would've been an alternative choice. I *DON'T* know. If more then one hospital/doctor misdiagnosed a brain tumor on MRI is each hospital healed liable?

@ This part is more of the car adjuster side for payment for my car, I do have a personal injury lawyer but he wanted to wait till i got my 1st offer for my car before announcing that he is involved.

@ This is my 1st accident & my car is totaled, my nose is broken, my hip other things are involved as well. Some guy ran a stop sign and hit me. I’m just confused with a lot of this.
