In New York that’s pretty normal. It can take quite a while after the plaintiff deposition bc there’s also other witnesses to be deposed plus document exchanges and the defense medical exams. Then you wait while case is on the trial calendar awaiting trial

Don’t be nervous. Check out my video on super depositions. Main thing is to understand the question and to answer it calmly. Most questions are about what happened who is at fault and your injuries. Not too many tricks
