1:18 in the video, Look at the Woman RCMP officer running with the gun. now that is a scary sight, she looks so unbelievably uncoordinated and scared. These are the types of cops who end up shooting civilians out of fear... instead of pepper spraying them and trying to un arm them without a fatality. She looks like a 5 year old running with a gun in her hand..... Scary.

The call probably came out as a military involved shooting. That means both civilian and military police would have been involved and military police would have responded as well not to mention they probably had them stations nearby
