Yeah The Buffalo Police Department Switched Over To Encrpyted Frequencies, So You Have To Have Specialized Equitment To Listen To The Buffalo Police Scanner, What This Person Who Streams This Did Is Have All The Buffalo PD Districts and Fire Overlapping Scanning Which Really Is Annoying Because Alot Of Stuff Gets Missed and Its Annoying.
