Did he?? Venting properly isn't a bad thing in any and every situation, and shouldn't be prevented - in fact, it can be harmful to NOT allow people to vent - both to the individual venting, and possibly any other road users that may latterly be affected by the individual's compromised state. Seems as though the ""authority"" figure didn't seem to consider this when he was barking his orders at those who pay him to be in his position. The film crew weren't exactly helpful to anyone in this situation perhaps even more so, simply because it might now be IMPOSSIBLE to determine whether or not the policeman said what he did because he was on camera, or because he was not very intelligent. Privacy is so underrated.
