Mutual security requires not only mutual high personal regard, but ALSO ever-concise understanding of critical regard, of oneself, as well as of one's interlocutor[s]. This CANNOT be achieved by a serial dissimulator, an individual who has used lies all their lives, and has no compunction about uttering falsehood. While Putin, as an example, was trained in dissimulation,m in information chaos, he have repeatedly proven he CANNOT be trusted at all, but will constantly subversively, seek to violate any security agreements. A man like Trump is worse, who has proven to irrationally insist on falsehoods, NEVER admitting to even the most obvious. Instead he merely repeats. While his supposed reading history includes Hitler's speeches, and perhaps includes other works by that man and/or by his propagandists, who taught that repeating the outrageous sufficiently induces false memories in subject, who end up believing obvious falsehoods. I remind you that Trump uttered over 34 THOUSAND recorded, PROVEN lies publicly during his term IN office ALONE. That is 23 per DAY. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT that ANY remotely normal individual encounters, much utters, that many lies in even a single day. To do so 1460 days in a row, is BEYOND the realm of possibility for ANY remotely nominal individual. Early in development many children test out the utility of lying, but NONE ever persist for such a length of time. Trump is FAR from ANY KNOWN social human norm. His "doubling down" on EGREGIOUS, OBVIOUS lies is so IMPLAUSIBLE in human communication that no matter HOW callously psychopathic, HOW desperately Narcissistic, how crudely Machiavellian he is, he is also deranged beyond any individual not in the throes of an acute schizophrenic episode. YET, he still attracts millions of individuals who do not approach his derangement, again utterly separate from his Dark Tetrad behaviors (PLEASURE in sadistic action, as rape, of which judges and juries presented with incontrovertible evidence, AGREE in his guilt, is the fourth subtrait of that "Dark Tetrad" of consistent, persistent, pervasive behavior). Trump NOT ONLY has proven that he cannot be trusted with critical top secret US intelligence and information, stealing it for personal private coercive or transactional use, BUT ALSO has violated all laws related to elections and public trust. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you? He has so far only been allowed to be verbally vindictive, although some of his cronies managed to destroy the careers, of not only Col Alexander Vindman, a Ukrianian America US military officer who, aghast at Trump's mob-boss-like attempts at coercion, but even the officer's brother another Colonel, i believe. Let me know when being obdurately, unremittingly vindictive, becomes part of "...as [one] would have others do unto themselves." Can you imagine that anyone would desire others to persistently lie to oneself? Gold is useful ONLY for electrical components that do not corrode, and once it was useful for tooth fillings. The soft metal has NO other utility. A social prescription so profound that it affects whether an individual is suitable for trustworthy interaction with ANYONE, is of value so infinitely more essential, that such a rule of behavior is priceless beyond all the gold of earth.
