I don’t know if Ray would remember me. I worked for my uncle, Fred Foster, for a short time at Monument Records in 1965. Ray would come out to Monument and sit down at the piano and sing funny songs for everyone there. A great, talented, funny, most likable guy.

I've seen and been involved into a lot of funeral and election fights. We're different in eastern Kentucky. We looked forward to election day then. I've seen them triage people and have to call ambulances in from other counties. That was a good one.
