Three legends of country humor/comedy!! Ray Stevens, Jerry Clower, and Minnie Pearl. I grew up with this song...it's on Ray's 1986 Top-20 album, 'Surely You Joust', the one where he's dressed as a Knight on the cover. That album and several others from Ray during this time period got me through trying times in elementary and junior high. I could always turn to one of Ray's albums and escape. I've long since added so many of his albums to my personal collection...comedy and non-comedy.
