I remember back when they first came out with "The Sickness". My supervisor at the time introduced my shift to them and we were ALL hooked. I introduced them to my mom (at the time managed a convenient store), she fell for David's voice. Sadly, she never got to see them in concert (she passed in 2009). I went to a huge Festival that Disturbed happened to be headlining (Godsmack was another band) and I went in her memory, it was a blast and thought about mom the whole time, I got emotional at times' & I thank ALL the participating bands' that day. ✌️✊️🤘 "LOOK INSIDE, SEE WHAT YOU'RE BECOMING"

This is one of those videos and songs that will be relevant 10 or 100 years to come. Just as the cover they did of Land of Confusion. Sadly, songs about media and war are eternal, we humans never learn. Sad note aside, Disturbed is the best, more of them please! The part you brought up where they are eating the girl is a visual play on words. If you look at her name tag when you first see her, her name is Hope and when you see her again she is dead so they are saying in the context of the song greed and power kills hope because 2 demons are eating her

So I see that the only other Disturbed song you have reacted to is "The Sound of Silence", it is a great cover but this song screams Disturbed to me much more than that one. But his stance on the continuing carnage in Gaza has disappointed me. David had a side band called device. They have a song called “out of line ft. Serj Tankian”.
