Deputy Raylan Givens has his own, Wild West-style methods of upholding justice, putting him at odds with the criminals he hunts and with his bosses in the U.S. Marshals Service. And an incident prompts his reassignment to the Kentucky district where he grew up. The character is based on one created by author Elmore Leonard in several books and short stories.

Raylan Givens will always be my favorite fictional character ever created. I loved him in Elmore Leonard's books and Justified just cemented it. Doesn't hurt that Timothy Olyphant was perfect as him. Great actor

So much better than gun-fu. We actually believe Rylan is just a good shot, works out on the range, believable, except for those shots denting that flimsy metal, but the t-box rifle shot was primo.
