It's a little bit sad that they never got to release the UbiArt Framework... in other hand it is really nice that Esoteric Software has developed Spine which does everything it is featured in this talk for the animation part... not sponsored response :P

I loved to bits Rayman 2 and 3. Rahman 1 is Hell incarnated. Rayman M was relatively fun back in the day. Rayman Raving Rabbits was the meh. The phone Rayman games are absolutely brilliant. Didn't get the chance to properly play Origins and Legends yet. But we really really need Rayman 4, another 3D game.

I do not like today rayman. Too shiny, overstuffed with things, and still feels shallow. It must be good for kids tho. I would be very happy if someone made new 3D rayman with atmosphere like 3D raymans had.
