but calling ribery "lethal" is quite over exegerrated. im a bayern munich fan so i love our boy but while it was insanely difficult to get the ball of him and his dribblins often being an absolute pleasure to watch he kinda lacked in the end product, be it his shooting or also passing. robben on the other side was actually lethal, whenever he had the ball you knew that a goal could happen because he scored countless amazing bangers. but for sure this is the best winger duo we ever had and im happy i whitnessed it and they got their deserved CL title.

Ribery in his prime was for sure better than Robben's. I am a Bayern Fan since 1998 and i never saw a singing with more impact to the whole League than Ribery's. I've never saw something like him in the Bundesliga. In my opinion the best technical Player the League has ever seen and one of the skillest Player in the history of Football. His numbers are also insane - i dont get the point with productivity. Just take a look at the amound of Assist and he was scoring also. He was elemantary for the game in Bayerns Team and for sure the best pure footballer in this Squad.

He was a revolutionary player for FC Bayern München. I will never forget his first phenomenal performance against SV Werder Bremen....his technique was beyond anything in the Bundesliga at the time. It also seemed that FC Bayern München were done just buying Bundesliga players....Ribery and Luca Toni in one transfer period was an incredible statement at the time.... because there were a lot of European heavyweights trying to get Ribery. And Luca Toni just ended his season as number one striker in the Seria A. Ribery will forever be a FC Bayern München legend....he was a Winger that played like a playmaker...great dribbling, phenomenal passing and his genius of passing the ball from the left wing into the box or fight his way thru multiple defenders just to pass the ball perfectly to another Bayern player....he was workd class in his prime. Plus he was absolutely beloved by the Fans AND even Uli Hoeneß is known to have loved Ribery like a Son. When Arjen Robben then came from Real Madrid....FC Bayern München became a Team that on a good day.... no defense on this Planet could fully stop from scoring.
