I have lupus so I can't be in the sun. I could of course just slather on the ol' sunscreen and call it a day, but I can't stand that stuff on my skin (sensory overload), and it causes rashes (tried many); so I moved from southern California back to Washington State so that I can be outside. Of course my raynaud's symptoms came back though! It's a rough winter, but I'm hanging in there! 👽

I got it after frostbite and since I got Covid it’s gotten horrible. Every afternoon at work it gets bad in my left hand. My dad and 3 of my 5 brothers have Dupuytren’s. I’m wondering if this may be related? Intermittent fasting helps and Valerian Root for seasonal wakefulness helps too. Thanks for the video.
