Loving the vids David! For me I think a nice PC handheld, phone with a flip up controller, and a future ARM laptop (+maybe a controller) could cover many bases in portability and options for gaming. Going off your experience it's a shame XR glasses can't solve everything for us!

What kind of tablet do you own that can emulate tomb raider, that's quite formidable, perhaps some of the latest Snapdragon devices?

It's a Lenovo Legion Y700, with a SnapDragon 8+ Gen 1. But it's last year's model! The newer one has a Gen 3, so could probably run it even faster (and run newer PC software). But I like the 2023 model because it has an SD card slot.

If you buy a GameSir 8 pro & bend it inward a few inches towards your body & pull it out you will reveal a spring loaded “mod” that exists behind the normal backplate. It’s clear they put it there on purpose & that this device was legitimately designed to be self modded this way. Once you pull out the spring load mod this telescopic controller will fit onto ANY tablet of ANY size. You can attach it to a 14 inch V3 which is a AMD 8,000 series gaming tablet that has all the same components as a legion go & runs everything natively that a legion go would run. I have a 14 inch Chromebook with an OLED display & I can attach it to this in order to stream games off of Xbox gamepass cloud or Nvidia now.
