There are some great and exciting young players properly coming into their own now. But it's just not the same without the mastery and class of Roger.

A lot…

So very much. Early stages yet, good players don't play at their best against lesser players, but haven't seen anything to get excited about, except for Radicanu's enthusiasm (rather than consistent play). The men all seem to be content to whack the ball from the baseline unless forced in - so very dull.

@@A.N.A8Poor Fedtards. Federer is a distant third who lost every single Wimbledon final he played against Djokovic. The fact that you may believe that Federer's farts smell like roses does not really move him up in the GOAT order. He's a little behind Nadal and miles away from Djokovic.

Djokovic will eventually have all the numbers in his favour by the time he retires. However he will never have the artistry and genius that Federer had. To put it quite simply Federer just played the game on a different level to everyone else. Miss seeing him play, he made tennis brilliant to watch.

This was such a great title run. Didn't lose a set, beat 3 Germans including the defending champion Mayer and both Zverev brothers, and avenged his loss to Zverev the previous year when he was hurt. Feliciano Lopez who is the same age also had a great run at Queens that week.

16:32 is one of my favorite points of all time. A cunning drop shot, following it into the net, lobbing Zherev's return, then blocking Zherev's tweener reply away at the net. An enormous tennis IQ on display.

On indoor grass courts (or indoor courts in general) Roger's perfect timing is completely unaffected by wind and he dominates ever harder. Good luck Novak and Rafa on these fast courts that suite his as opposed to your game
