Razor is Busted in 7.36 - Absolutely Broken

Razor is absolutely nuts in this patch. His facet allows him to gain 1 spell amp per 20 attack damage on himself. You can see how insane this can get very quickly. You literally buy damage items like butterfly and get multiplicative spell damage increase - combined with kaya - he becomes unstoppable very quickly.
