Nicely done Robert. As a Brit that partially grew up in Sweden but never ridden there in my adult life, this was very nostalgic and tugged at the heart strings to get tillbaka till moderlandet 🇸🇪🫎 Tack så mycket!

Dang! Det gjorde du bra. So proud over the Swedish Allemansrätten. If concidered an obligation rather than "right" it will last foräver. Please concider all of your responsibilities and obligations before executing any of the so called rights. This will allow the next guy to have the same experience 10 years from now.

Would be helpful especially for the adventurers from german speaking countries. For someone who newer heard of that Fika thing the question ' vill du fika` could be quite a bit confusing. 🤭 Combined with the dangerous Blondes that could lead to an severe mentally breakdown if it only ends up in a coffee break.🥴

Great film Robert! I like the fact that the Swedes take care of the order in the forest. They don't litter and they take care of it so that it's pleasant. In Poland there are only designated places for sleeping in the forest and you can often find rubbish abandoned in the forest. Such care for the forest should be taught from a child and it's probably the same in Sweden. Great!

Lovely guide :) just did a backroad tour for from Stockholm to Malmo in the middle of nowhere driving between the swedish lakes. Looking forward to the second part of this video. :) here are myfew cents to add to this video. - people are generally friendly but avoid small talk and eye contacts. - biker fika. Stopping every few hours for a small coffee. We also stopped for strawberry and apple kiosks. No people there leave little cash and off you go with fresh farmer goods. - midsommar is a thing in sweden. Dont forget eye mask if camping in midsommar. Possibly there will be daylight 24/7 during summer months. - motorcycles have to pay for parking if you occur in a middle of a city. Also more and more average speed cameras if you stick to asphalt roads. - loud exhausts and and agressive riding style will make you look like balkan or soviet. Everyone is very polite and slow. Strictly no music while camping. - extra point to note. Bicyclists have an extra special right on the road. You cannot just over pass them on a double lane road with a division line. There fore many traffic jams people waiting to overtake them. Jante lagen. Everyone is equal on the road, but bicyclists are more :)) - by the way, next adventure with McGregor and Borman is called LongWayHome is heading from Britania up to the north cape through Norge and Sweden, than down via Finland and all the Baltics. They could use some of your info for their 2025 trip
