I got a couple over a year ago and still haven't used them due to lack of time. :( Good reminder that I need to work less and trap more. :)

Fantastic delivery as always my friend! Great points on the RBG's! I just ordered a few more myself. I don't see many people using them but I have been impressed with them since I first saw one. I hope your season is going well sir! Take care and God bless.

I’ve caught 9 squirrels in 10 days with one 2 1/2in trap in attic. Also caught bobcat with 6in one.

#40 is my favorite yard trap for catchn chipmunks an big rats - the #110 is a great bug out bag trap , two of them will help put meat in the pot , think rabbit holes . Bill took the time to really figure that trap out an built them very well. A supper tuff well made trap. Great video , very well made. Great looking blade.

Thanks for the video. I’ve been considering buying some of these to try out this season. The design made immediate sense to me when I first saw them.

I'd like to see more on the RBG traps. How you set them and the different uses and locations where they would come in handy. Thanks. The ones that I would be most interested in is the 100's on up to the 330's.

I've only ever use the squares ...don't trap as much as I used to but I just may get some of these.. Look like good idea in Culverts , PVC pipe , fit nice in 5 gallon bucket to carry out in field

One possible issue is that because of the shape, as it closes, It will pull slightly towards the spring, whereas a square one will not. Like I said. I don't know if that would affect performance or not, but it will happen, and it'll happen more with a larger trap.

Hello Tim! I have a 220 RBG! I bought it because I like experimenting with different types of traps. I've caught a few critters in it. I think I'll get a 440 and try it this season on beaver! Take care buddy! Good to see you!

Grew up using USA Conibear's I'm 63 and a yankee. Those are some stout traps, I like square, easier for sets in my opinion but that's just a personal opinion. If I were to start trapping again, might go after fox and coyotes I give them a shot.

I’ve used the 12” (440) for beaver control work and the 10” (330) for a dry land outlaw set for bobcat an old trapper taught me, but with the RBG, the set is legal. Great traps for sure. I think I’ll be phasing our my 110s now....

will the 55 fit into a 4in PVC?
@Meattrapper5 жыл бұрын
Yes, cut a tight v shaped notch in the side for the spring and no stabilizer is needed. Just be careful inserting in trap as the trigger is very sensitive and will fire if bumped.

Here in the deep South, our red squirrels are always bigger than grey squirrels. A red squirrel can be the size of a small cat. They are almost too pretty to kill, but they are too tasty...
