Yes my friends, as a special treat to my RC4WD Trail Finder 2, Toyota Hilux Upgrade Build Series - I have 2 different Bodies, for 2 different Paint Jobs. This allows me to continue with my "Basic-Training" for Spray Painting. This is my 3rd Toyota Hilux body I have painted on camera for everyone, but my FiRST CAMO Job for a Toyota.
For a Camo Job, any variety of colors can do.. but I stick to Sand Yellows, Browns, Greens, and Blacks. (For Winters & Snow Camo, try White, Gray, Silver, and Blue Paints!)

came out nice. something I like to do on my camo jobs, is using actual plants as designs in the paint. When I painted the barrel of my paint ball gun, I used a small fern leaf and it looked bad ass.

Also u can pick a leaf hold it over your body almost touching it and do a Quick coat it leaves the leaf outline. Great videos as always medic

I know you asked Mepic, but I would have to say it will not "chip off" but it will scratch if it is scraped against rocks and stuff hard enough. Nice thing is the gray body underneath will look like primer inside the scrape.

Hi Medic, you really do great job. This truck deserves a (raw) trailer. Why not using a second rear bed (Z-B0022) for the Hilux, some leaf springs and rigid (emptied) axle from your drawer to make it homemade like (a little bit like farmers would make a trailer from an old transmission axle). Really cool job. I like you videos.

Hi, You want to use Lexan paint. "regular paint" is too stiff and will not bend. I tried the exact same thing when I first started and what a disaster. Tip: make sure you wash the inside of the body very well with mild soap and warm water and try not to get the oils from you fingers on the inside prior to painting and all should go real smooth. Good Luck!

A few weeks ago I painted my first lexan body (a Proline 14RS) and it came out nicer than I thought it would. I got kinda sad when it got its first hits during some mild bashing. Wherever it got hit, the paint would form kind of a star and chip off. It now has a few transparent patches because of this. The "good" thing out of my noob mistake is that it seems if I manage to peel all the paint off, I can paint it again haha... oh well... I guess regular spray paint is not for this.
