FMS is on a roll. This looks great I like the slim links, and am happy that the turn signals can be turned off, finally! The steering geometry is interesting, sort of a reverse-Ackerman. I wonder if that results in the inside tire fighting the outside just a bit, or maybe the inward angle of those arms limits the total angle available. Portals and 23" wheels aren't my style, but a good choice for most buyers. Overall, really great, though.

Did you do the screw mod on the front axle? The screw holding on the c-hub can be removed from the front and reinstalled from the rear giving you more steering throw

No, first videos of new cars I always run completely stock to show people exactly how it is. This year I planned follow up vids on the second channel with mods. But it’s been tough to get going. I might start with this truck. 👍

Great video, you covered just about everything and great location, truck looks awesome but, why are they putting plastic gears in axles, as seen with the fcx landcruiser they strip real easy

I'd always sacrifice a bit of performance to get one of these lovely hard bodies. So much better than the polycarbonate bodies that Axial uses.

Great Video, does the body come off easy? Fair RC has custom colors and it would be cool to switch between bodies.

It has 10 little screws that hold down the body. Phillips and 1.5mm hex. Easy to get to, but will take a minute or two to get them all out.

They almost had it. But the back window is wrong size , they haven’t blacked out the grill, and there’s shocks sticking through the bed. It’s too bad because otherwise it’s great.

Big mistake on truck bed…. I would go 1/10 or 1/24 only because of bed. Make no mistake, it looks great. But it’s a huge mistake on the bed….

@@TheRCBuildersPost yes, huge mistake. How is that scale? How is two holes in the truck bed and “good design”. Sounds li they wanted to make a longer wheelbase but had to sacrifice something. Horrible.

JUNKY! It has all plastic ring, pinion, and transmission gears. Stipped mine hill climbing in less than 20mins on 1st drive.
