I’ve done a few of you’re workouts, but kept forgetting to comment because I play KZbin through my tv, and I have to go back to my tablet to comment. I wanted to let you know that I really appreciate that you have low impact variation that you don’t have to go to the floor on. I’ve been losing weight, and I still have quite a bit to go and I’m not able to do much jumping or floor work yet. Thank you both so much!!!!

I went up to 5lb weights in this (before I was using 3lbs) and I could barely lift my leg off the floor by the end 😪. I still had fun though haha

I almost wanted to give up cos i was so tired at 40mins of the exercise but i pushed thru to complete it. Plus the weather in southeast asia where i m living in is so hot & humid & i m exercising outdoor. Nevertheless, it was a good workout under ur guidance. 👍

Ok so I was so excited about discovering your channel, but you have adds popping up in the middle of a move and that's very annoying. It would be nice if the add came after the move, during the 15 sec break or during the transition between the cardio and strength blocks. It's very frustrating stoping and wait for the add to be done or wait the extra 5 seconds to skip it. Please let me know once you have change that and I will be back working out with you. Notice I don't mind the adds, I just don't want them interrupting me in the middle of a move, very frustrating.

Hi there! On videos that have popular music that we don’t have copyright to, KZbin sticks the ads wherever they choose to. We don’t have ANY control over the ads on those videos. The videos with non-copyrighted music (usually the music you have never heard before) we have control over where the ads are. We have a mixture of both types of videos on our channel. Unfortunately the one you chose has all copyright music so KZbin takes control of the ads. Try out some of our other videos. We purposely don’t put ads in the middle of those videos because we know how annoying it gets!
