slacker radio was a big deal on having a tesla, it upsets me that they would do this, it was another big feature of the tesla, it feels like every other modern car when you have to go back to using your phone with bluetooth.

Thank you for your video, No I will not pay. Tesla wanted to charge me $10 a month to open up my garage door. I just use the clicker that came with the garage door. Nickel and Dime is right. Ridiculous. I will be stopping my $100 a year “premium connectivity” also. I just use my phone. So petty of Tesla. Very disappointed.

My dinosaur 2015 S 90D has free streaming, free connectivity, stalks, Homelink, and free supercharging. Tesla is going backwards. I test drove a brand new 3 today LR AWD and it had about the same power, smaller interior, but felt tighter. Smaller screen too. Meh.

It’s just another thing that categorizes Tesla with all the other greedy companies. I also had premium connectivity in 2018 when I bought my car which they took away. I also got a mobile charger which I understand is something else that now has to be purchased separately. Trunk and frunk mats were also included back then. All of those things were small additions that set Tesla apart from the other greedy legacy auto manufacturers which nickel and dimed those who bought their products. I definitely will not be paying more for anything Tesla decides to take from us. I thoroughly enjoyed Slacker but it just isn’t worth an additional cost to listen to music I’ve listened to all my life for free. I think Elon should check his bank account before adding additional fees to the things he sells.

I stream Sirius xm through my phone via Bluetooth.. lose a little sound quality that only I notice, everyone who drives with me says it sounds awesome 😊

So, when I have Amazon music playing and I use the button on steering wheel and say, “ play return to sender by Elvis Presley”… it switches to Liveone and plays the song. How do I get Amazon to play that song? Thanks ahead for anyone’s insight

What is you don't want ANY of the streaming stuff at all and you just want plain old local AM/FM radio. Can you get that for free in the Tesla? One thing about that LiveOne they carried local radio stations.

Hi Myks One question. My Tesla Model S was left without charge for a week, so we opened the hood, charged the 12v battery and the screen and everything turned on. But the charger we have is a mobile one and it doesn't charge the car. Do you think I need to take it to a Tesla charging station? Thanks. I look forward to your response.

Blue tooth sound quality is diminished compared to Apple Music. The bit rates are much lower and sound not that good. Live one is $4 a month for high quality sound $48 a year. Apple the best is $99 a year.

I signed up for Live One and the free version requires that you listen to an add and then you receive 60 minutes of interrupted music.

I tried it. Unfortunately it requires a premium (aka Paid) account when you try to log on in the Tesla.

Yep, I was listening to music on my iPhone and iPad using the free account. Had to upgrade to listen on the Tesla. And yes, I meant to type “uninterrupted” in my original post. I’ll try the paid upgrade for a month or two to see if it’s worth it.
