does it matter when u twist the d loop while using a hinge release while anchoring?

I can hold steady with no problem. But my pin is always lower than were it needs to be and when I try to bring my pin up to spot I start to get the wiggles. My vertical aim is generally no problem. It's always the horizontal line. Please help if you can.

arrows going left. not torque'n grip but canting bow on release. how can i fix this?
