For the money I think the case finishing is more than acceptable. Really interesting inner dial and I like how visually the crystal reaches right out to the edges. Its an interesting looking watch, its nice that its not just another copy or homage. The sailcloth strap you put up really raised the look of it, much better than the tropic look in my opinion. Very nice, sorry that I missed it during the 11/11 sale. I'm going to have to grab one on the next sale. Thanks for another great review. Wishing you and yours a great holiday

I picked up the orange for 11/11 and wearing it right now actually (I liked the red you got as well, but already have other black divers and the orange is great). Such a good value, my only complaint is the readability of the edge of the internal bezel. I think they could have brought the numerals in a few millimeters and it would have been even better

The watch looks damn more expensive than it actually is. The crystal, the dial and the lume. Damn! P.s especially compared to that Berny compressor diver you reviewed earlier.

Agreed. Trimming it down some may lose some depth on that bezel...that's my favorite part! But it would be worth it to trim off 2mm

This is the original design i think : Dan Henry 1970 diver, which itself heavily inspired by the vintage stuff.

Actually this, the Spinnaker Bradner and the Dan Henry 1970 are all been inspired by the same watch, the 1967 Exactus Aquamax. It's a little known watch but, of all the watches that used the original Super Compressor case, it's probably the better looking.
