Thanks man, nice video. Too bad you lost that footage, but I understand perfectly how you did it because you explained the steps so well. Hopefully I’ll never need that information, but it’s really nice to know how the mirror is attached in case mine ever fails.

I painted my fender flares with rubberized black trim paint...it would do you justice and make for a decent video...its just fairly hard to find though..walmart Carrie's. 6 cans on every shipment..and their gone quick..get 2 cans...2 to 3 coats is great.

My windshield spider cracked from a chip that was ignored. When I finally get around to swapping it I intend to delete the center rearview mirror. It blocks a significant portion of my viewing area. Sometimes being 6'5" has downfalls.

It always baffles me that some person out there took the time to give the video a thumbs down. If it doesn't interest you, just move on. I think there must be a team of Karen's going around giving every KZbin video a thumbs down.

It baffles me. That first thumbs down came in within a few seconds of the video being posted (too soon for anyone to have even watched the video). I think someone out there just really dislikes me so much that they instantly thumb down anything I post. But thank you for your support. It does keep me motivated!
