High lifts are dangerous, you should use a bottle jack. Great video, interesting comparison

In my opinion....I want to get the most out of my cars battery.I dont want it to leave me stranded....But...If it starts the car fine....every time....at least in the summer....I aint throwing it away no matter what the tester says. Now it is a good warning though...because you know it wont start in the winter if its saying replace..

Use a half inch drill motor and a wooden stake. Put a cut off extension in the drill the other end in a socket so you can spin ring and pinion together make sure to go both ways while adding resistance with a wooden stake do not under any circumstance put your fingers anywhere near any of the rotating components.

I am just seeing this post, I see that you had the Mopar cargo liner for the back. Did you remove the mats from the back of the seats or just cover them? Remove them all together?

That is the exact click I'm getting. Rubi TJ sits in the garage most of the time went to start and it clicked like a bad battery. Battery was older so I changed the battery and now just the click. Almost has to be the starter. 60k miles but original starter.

Why are you asking a kid that is wearing a heavy camo hoodie, clenching his arms and needs heat, not to mention you are trying to instruct him on how to pull a pin and grab a handle…. But the little moron is wearing shorts in winter. “Easy enough”? He can’t even figure out basic life skills. And he’s clearly not “normal”.

Hey good video but 2 things you need to point out here: 1) There are adapters available to push the valve out in case you need to change the orientation of the valve so it doesn't point down (you know, for safety reasons) and 2) You can hook up a hose on short nipple valves like this SX but you need to but their Hose Kit because it has plastic attachments so the hose stays in place. They also sell this metal hose attachments in straight and 90 degree so it's very convenient and you can remove them when finishing draining the oil so there you have it!

I don't understand how so many people are bending their doors. Just don't put a lot of pressure. Just enough to hold the door up and snug while you wiggle it, no different than if someone notably strong was lifting from the bottom while another person shook it.

Yep. The old fashioned way still works perfectly!! :-) seriously though, the point here is the ease of draining into a container. It's not about unplugging the flow.

So has anybody noticed that this problem happens after the putting the windows up with both fingers at the same time? Anybody out there have this problem that doesn't take the doors off? I don't put the lock on when I plug the doors back in loose connection? Doesn't seem like a big deal until you're in the water and you need to escape...... Who knows what the issue is

Firstly great video but I wanted to share in case this repair doesn't fix their problem. I had this issue and everything looked like the ignition actuator and or the switch. Turns out it was the connection on the starter solenoid. The terminal on the solenoid where the harness snaps in was loose and broke off as I checked it. Replaced the starter and no trouble. Starter was like $105 and had it the next day so why not. Hope this helps

I just changed the oil on my Jeep and I wish I had seen this video 2 weeks ago. 🤬 I'll bet buying one just before the next change. I'm getting too old to crank that plug off every time. And I LOVE the tube. My driveway looks like a Pollock painting.
