So hyped for the next few RE-cast's, primarily due to me being a huge fan of Ben 10 and loving when people talk about it, as it is not a very commonly discussed topic. Also really been loving all your other stuff, like the entire first season review of Teen Titans and several other episodes of the RE-cast. Just do what you enjoy making mate, because I can almost guarantee that I'll enjoy it too.

Pieguy there are a lot of shows that so many people have asked you to check out and I think that could be a way to bring some more viewers into the channel and all that. Shows like Gumball, Star vs, Wander Over Yonder that I've seen constantly reccommended to you. And I for one would love to see videos on all three of these. Ive been with you and your channel for about 7 years now and I plan to stick around till the very end. Keep up the good stuff

The earlier episodes of the 2012 show are really cheesy,and I say that because the show gets more serious and ALOT better. For some ungodly reason they get really good at drama. Like the show makes you cry twice.

Tmnt 2012 has a lot of the same writer and creators from 2003 teen titans

OK, the choices to compare were awlful. One good episode (that is made to introduce you) vs. one bad episode (2012) (that expect you have watched the previous episodes, so is not trying to be that good of introduction). So, S01 is not 2012's best, it becomes so much better later on. In S01 the action is kinda dull, the humor tries to be more appealing to kids in S01, but hey, it was Nick in 2012, if it wasn't Sponge Bob and comedy, they wouldn't try to promote it and the characters are not that good. Yeah, Raphael had an pet, that actually becomes a hero later in the series, after he was mutaded. Some of the crew from OG Teen Titans worked on the 2012 series, and the director of this episode (Mousers Attack!), Ciro Nieli, was the director for some episodes in Teen Titans, like "Apprentice" and "Aftershock". So that's why it had this anime sketches. Can you compare, in some of the next Re-casts, Secret Origins Part 2 (2003) vs. Tale of the Yokai (2012). I think you two will like these episods better. P.S. I'm really, really, REALLY sorry about my awlful English skills, i haven't learned it in school.

P.S. 2 Pieguy, keep being this awesome, man! I can understand you about Sponge Bob, i haven't seen so many episodes as much as you, but probably you know Sponge Bob better than you supposed to, it's kinda borin to watch, when you are seen this milion times. I will be happy someday to make reviews for Avatar, Ben 10 or the TMNT 2003 (or 2012, if you give it a chance, it gets better from S02), but don't watch Fast Forward, i'ts not worth your time.

I can't speak for the 2003 series but for the 2012 series, it does get extremely better as it goes on. I don’t mind season 1 and It does have some good episodes (like the Gauntlet, I Monster, and the Showdown) but I would say starting with season 2 is where things get really good. The 2012 series is a serious and story focused show despite what this episode may imply and it really is something I would recommend.

The way you sum up the 2012 version's episode, yeah... Doesn't seem like a good one to introduce someone with... But this is a good show, if you're open minded and not... overly nitpicky/nostalgia-fied (sorry. no offense. Can't think of any other way to explain it... ^~^) Golly good show overall. It's like a mix of serious 03 & the originals together to me. And it's own thing like it's supposed to be. You could tell it was made by fans who respected TMNT. And I absolutely loovee the 2003 series, I grew up with it! *(ed:* Also... Super Shredder's a bigger cheese grater of course *)*

Also that anime was Ghost Stories, and the reason why it was so drastically different in dub was because the original was (rightfully) received rather poorly in Japan. The series was purely episodic, predictable, tropey, and rather bland. When the licensers bought it, the original creators TOLD them it wasn't well-received, so they GAVE express permission for the localization to be played with. Their only rules were that the names of the monsters of the week, and the methods they're sealed away with, could not be changed. The dubbed version starts out unassuming, but ends up absolutely legendary. Totally check out some clips.
