Re-examining The Concept of Stealth Force In The Transformers Movies

I thought it's called "Stealth Force" because the bots are in their vehicle modes (which is basically a stealth mode for them on Earth) and "Force" because you go on the offensive while as a vehicle

Pretty sure they said he looked weird because he wasn't a part of the flight team so it was just a random F22 coming up from the rear when they only launched the amount that Starscream destroyed

@@Grimm196 if you watch it again he is half transformed with arms slashing and attacking F22s, the pilot turns around and sees him in this UFO form, he then gets shot and turns fully into a F22 and a pilot says to keep an eye on him

It's also worth noting that, while not for combat, Bumblebee did use similar transformation ability to Stealth Force in his solo film, specifically during the chase scene, where he breifly deployed one of his robot arms to grab a railing, as well as compressing his alt form to fit through a thin gap. I do wish we saw more moments where Transformation is more than just Robot - vehicle and vise versa.

In TFG (07 Movie Game) almost every character has stealth force, except the ones with millitary or aerial alt modes, and also the drones. However wheater or not their modes are all based off of some concept art i cant confirm. And also the reason sideswipe doesnt have the roof from DOTM in the dotm game is because the dev team imported and improved the model used in the ROTF game's DLC where sideswipe was featured, and they also gave him stealth force ofcourse.

Even Transformers Rise Of The Dark Spark game has stealth force but only on the movie side. Some characters don’t even have and don’t need stealth force cause the characters such as Brawl and Warpath had tank forms and the others that transforms into beasts don’t need it either Dinobots & Maximals which it’s pretty cool they use their alt mode to fight their enemies.

hey theorymus i got a theory on a video you can make remember when bumblebee was fighting brawl in the first movie i’ve noticed he had these missiles attached on his shoulders which you can vividly see on his concept art in the studio series boxes like 74 but we never saw him use his missiles ever again after that movie

I think the concept of Stealth Force was created to satisfy that child's desire to arm all the toys to the teeth, add lots of gadgets and weapons that appear out of nowhere, just to make the toy more interesting. They transferred that to the films. And since it's Transformers, items appear and disappear suddenly, they don't follow scale or logic. And that's wonderful. It's just fun, not to explain things in phisics logic.

Something that has me wondering about Transformers The last Knight and that is on what led to it's downfall as I remember hearing that someone at paramount told bay he had to cut a whole hour out of the film leaving massive plot holes and making the film look completely unfinished which it was. We can tell because there's some behind the scenes footage on KZbin that shows they were filming in Newcastle and the vehicle modes of Bumblebee, hotrod, drift, hound and crosshairs were all there being chased by British trf. In the final cut drift hound and crosshairs were never in the UK until the battle at stonehenge and they never transformed once when they were there. So what I'm wondering if they never cut a whole our going with paramounts requests then would the film be any better. I think paramount should re-release the film with the cut hour from the film and see if that would fix the film.

With the different weapons in stealth force compared to robot mode. I personally think that they can transform different parts of themselves into different things. I.e different weapons you see in robot mode. Or with sideswipe it would be a protective barrier.

In Transformers 1 DS, every character was capable of using their blaster in vehicle mode, some even had exclusive weapons that weren’t available in their robot mode, also correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t revenge of the fallen for the PS3/Xbox 360 have stealth force as well?

Talking about Stealth Force or Deep Cover, whatever we call it. There are 2 Transformers games, one on the Nintendo DS for both Autobot and Decepticon capane. Pass the X bottom, it's show their weapons well, do 360 Degrees and it shows and one on the Nintendo 3DS sadly the worst one fans say it, Transformers Dark of the Moon Stealth Force, the only Transformers game you play both Autobots and Decepticons like the game console. The game does not let you play in robot mode, only Stealth Force through out the game story so yeah, that's the story of that those games.

I always thought Stealth Force was like Hasbro's Attempt to basically bring back the Omnibots from G1 The Omnibots were a group of Autobots from G1 that had deployable weapons in their vehicle forms Another part of me is also saying this was an attempt to also combine M.A.S.K , as M.A.S.K was a Toy Line by Kenner which is owned by Hasbro and had the same Car Transforming Gimmick

Fun Fact: Jada toys made a Barricade vehicle toy, it is his "mustang" (it's clearly not a mistang) there is a missle/cannon like launcher on the back of his rear window, and i was wondering if you could maybe try to explain both why the "mustang" looks horrible and what the cannon/missle like cannon is. And before anyone says "well maybe they didn't have the rights to Ford." Which I disagree since Jada has been making Ford cars for years, And before anyone says "because it was Hasbro." I also disagree, since they've made all the versions of Optimus Prime in his truck mode and also they've made Bumblebee in his Camaro mode.

What's not stealthy about Stealth Force? The Autobots can remain in vehicle mode, (so that humans aren't aware of the Transformers existence), and, they have the weaponry to take out Decepticons! People often look too deep into things, and it clouds the simplest of explanations. Also, what Bumblebee does in TLK isn't Stealth Force! Stealth Force is weapons in vehicle mode. But what Bumblebee does in TLK is transform halfway into robot mode which, completely defeats the purpose of Stealth Force.
