Re-Pressuring Boiler Water Expansion Vessel by firstly pumping out all the water from it by opening the valves and pumping it up (using any pump) with air to a pressure of around 1 bar or around 15lbs. Then re-pressurizing the system with water again. The water can then expand as heated up and cooled down normally. The expansion is then taken up by the air in the vessel via a diaphragm rather than being thrown out via the pressure relief valve (PRV) and boiler shutting down due to low water pressure.

Hi thanks for sharing but can you tell me where the water was coming out couldn't see that did you put a hose on for water to come out

On this model to the right of the pump there is a White Drain cock...you just open it and when using the pump it will drain at that point....
